This roadmap is the vision for an ideal property with infrastructure in place, located in queensland

First 2 years:

1. Adapt bedroom ensuite for retreating.
2. Host short retreats (11-day program).
3. Train three retreat supporters.
4. Sell one Young Again program. Host stage 1 (short retreats) of Young Again in bedroom ensuite.
5. Buy land.
6. Place land in Trust for perpetuity.
7.  Andrew arrives

Following 3 years:

Buy the adjacent two properties. The purpose for securing ownership is to ensure that these two blocks are left undeveloped. It is vital to future-proof the chosen permanent retreat site.

This quiet land also has no low frequency industrial hum, an extremely damaging stressor. Most people cannot hear low frequency humming. For those who can hear it, the effect is like having one’s brain drilled slowly, torturously.

1. Build 2 domes (5-6m dia.) from quarry rock, for retreater and supporter.
2. Host stage 2 (medium and long retreats) of Young Again program.
3. Establish a small academy to provide training and experience in three subjects:

a. the art of building **transpirable walls using rock, clay, mineral paints, mag oxide cement
b. soil building, food forestry, fruit and vegetable production, wilderness preservation
c. our natural method of retreating including instruction in hygiene, the science of health.

4. Pre-fabricate simple student tiny houses.
5. Build residential compound for lifetime access for young again clients on adjacent property

** transpirable walls allow the free-flow of air. Uunlike current building practices, they do not install plastic sheaths to disable moisture entering and exiting – they trap mould-causing moisture

The Academy’s main aim is to
train and qualify students in our natural method so they can:

1. gain a working knowledge of hygiene, the science of health and the principle tenet – the organism is the healer, nothing else. Not therapist, therapy, medicine, healing practices or methods. And the task is to provide the conditions for the organism to function fully in its task of health and restoration of health.
2. replicate the conditions and results for themselves, family and friends.
3. design and make vital darkroom components for themselves & others eg lightproof vents, silencer, blind
4. adapt existing bedroom ensuites as darkrooms for themselves and others
5. establish independent hygienic retreat businesses.
6. train others in this retreat method – as supporters to retreaters and in all aspects of hygienic darkroom method
